New Armchairs

Armchairs finish a living room, a spot for reading, an extra seat when people visit, or an accent piece in a corner. Ours run £298 to £798, mostly fabric with some leather, and because ranges like Venice, Solaya and Serena also appear in our sofa collections, you can match an armchair to a sofa you already have or buy them together. Around a third are recliner armchairs (mostly electric) if you want a dedicated relaxing seat.

For placement, an armchair reads best either paired with its matching sofa or used as a deliberate contrast in colour or texture; check the width and depth so it sits comfortably without crowding a walkway. Recliner models also extend forwards, so allow room in front.
