Delivery is 5 to 14 days, usually within a week. Once you order, one of our team gets in touch to agree a delivery day that suits you, then you get a text reminder the day before and a live tracking link on the day. You are welcome to ask about delivery dates before you order too, and we will always deliver within 30 days.

Delivery is free on orders of £499 or more, and £49 below that. Your sofa is carried to the room of your choice and fully set up, ready to use.

Yes. At checkout you can choose Shop Pay Installments: on orders of £1,000 or more you can split the cost over 3, 6 or 12 months, and on orders under £1,000 you can split it into 3 payments. Clear a path from your front door to the room your sofa is going in, and make sure the space itself is clear and ready. It helps to measure your doorways, hallway and any stair turns against the dimensions on this page. Our delivery team can take off feet and, on some models, arms to get through tighter spaces, and will do everything they can to get your sofa into place. Please be in at the agreed time, as a missed delivery carries a £99 redelivery fee. If you are unsure about access, message us on WhatsApp on 07418 613890 before you order.

Your sofa is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the day it is delivered. Colour change from sunlight is not covered, and please avoid sitting on the arms, especially on sofas with adjustable mechanisms.

Inspect your sofa fully with the driver before you sign for it, and tell them about anything that is not right before you sign off the delivery. Then message us and we will sort it out with you.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your sofa is loaded and shipped by our supplier, which is usually at least 72 hours before delivery. After delivery, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return it, and it must be returned within 28 days of delivery, unused and in a resaleable condition. Return carriage to our supplier's warehouse in the Midlands is arranged and paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
